BEFORE ARRIVAL
1. Confirm your booking by EMAIL
2. Complete and return the ONLINE BOOKING FORM
3. We will issue you an invoice for the 50% deposit to secure your dates.
4. Once the deposit has been received, we will confirm your booking.
5. You will receive a further invoice for the balance payment 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, followed by a request for the refundable security deposit 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
6. We will send you a pre-arrival information email once the final payment has been made. Please let us know the time and details of your arrival, so that we can arrange for your check-in to the villa.
7. At this point you may wish to pre-book extra cleaning or a shopping delivery. We can give you our recommended contacts for a Full Fridge shopping service, Concierge service, and Wellness practitioners such as yoga teachers and massage therapists.

ON ARRIVAL
1. As soon as you land please call Sarah, our Villa Director on +34 648 793 633 to let her know you are on your way. If you don’t call, you may have to wait to gain entry. If you flight is delayed from your destination, please call or Whatsapp to let the team know.
2. If you arrive earlier than 4pm you can store your luggage, but do please call Sarah on the number above to arrange.
